Richard Hunt, tours the tent city being constructed by U.S. Navy Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Five (NMCB-5), DET HOA and the Ethiopian Army. NMCB-5 joined a multi-national effort, including Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) and United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in the humanitarian effort following 15 days of heavy rain that washed away roads and homes in the region.
