Community leaders from the cities of Fairfield, Calif., and Nirasaki, Japan, gather for a wings’ mission briefing at Travis Air Force Base, Calif., prior to their tour. The tour is part of the Sister City Program between the City of Fairfield, Calif., and Nirasaki, Japan, and marks the 45 year relationship between the two cities. The tour also provides the Japanese visitors a better understanding of the partnership between the City of Fairfield and the base.
