DAKAR, Senegal (July 29, 2011) Coast Guard Ensigns Margerite Collins (LEFT) and Krysta Rhode reload paint rollers during a community relations project at a middle school in Dakar, Senegal, Dakar, where the crew of Coast Guard Cutter Forward worked together to paint two class rooms and repair broken desks during Africa Partnership Station (APS). APS aims to strengthen global maritime partnerships through training and other collaborative activities in order to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
