Corporal Matthew Cessna, an airborne air delivery specialist with Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force South, and a native of Wood Bridge, Va., speaks about an air delivery system to distinguished visitors from Chile during a tour of the future amphibious assault ship USS America (LHA 6), Aug. 23, 2014.
