Cpl. Andrew Luna, a Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Africa 13 fiscal clerk from Montebello, Calif., receives a Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal award citation from Maj. Gen. Raymond Fox, Marine Forces Africa commanding general, at an award ceremony here, March 4, 2013. Luna received the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for his fiscal actions that directly increased command operational readiness. Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Africa conducts security force assistance and military-to-military engagements throughout Africa in support of Marine Forces Africa and U.S. Africa Command.
