WASHINGTON (Apr. 17, 2014) Cryptologic Technician 1st Class Patricia Madigan, a Navy shore Sailor of the Year (SOY) candidate from Navy Information Operations Command Hawaii, looks at a model of the Taconic, an Adirondack class amphibious force command ship decommissioned in 1969, inside the National museum of the United States Navy during a tour. Five Navy Shore Sailors of the Year candidates (SOYs) were led on a tour of the museum during a visit to Washington Navy Yard.
