SAN DIEGO (Jan. 25, 2013) Cryptologic Technician (Collection) 1st Class Nicole Duran, the mid-grade domain instructor of the year at the Center for Information Dominance Learning Site, San Diego, spends time with a student at Arroyo Vista Elementary School. Duran and other instructors volunteered at the school as part of the Junior Achievement (JA) program. JA is a worldwide nonprofit organization founded in 1919 to provide work force readiness, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship curriculum and training to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
