CARIBBEAN SEA (Oct. 19, 2012) Damage Controlman 2nd Class Paul Brzeczka, left, subdues Engineman 2nd Class Zachary White after receiving a spray of oleoresin capsicum (OC) to the face during the final qualification of the ship's reactionary force basic course aboard the guided-missile frigate USS Underwood (FFG 36). Underwood is deployed to Central and South America and the Caribbean in support of Operation Martillo and U.S. 4th Fleet's mission, Southern Seas 2012.
