Davidson Township, Pa., April 14, 2013 -- Gaping holes on the sides of the covered bridge over Muncy Creek on Champion Hill Road are among the damages caused by Tropical Storm Lee and Hurricane Irene. FEMA funds will cover75 percent of the $397,656 it will cost to rebuild the 163-year-old bridge
