MARINA DEL REY (Sept. 28)--Lt j.g. Shad Thomas, commander of Coast Guard Cutter Point Bridge, presents a photo of the cutter to Lt. Sam Jordan, former Point Bridge skipper. After 39 years of service to the Coast Guard, the cutter's colors were lowered before being transferred to the Costa Rican Coast Guard. The cutter will now sail under the name Pancha Carrasco.
