Defense Secretary Mark T. Esper exchanges artifacts from the war with Vietnam Minister of Defense Gen. Ngô Xuân Lịch in honor of our ongoing efforts to account for those who lost their lives during the war. Secretary Esper provided a map of a burial site supplied by a U.S. veteran, while Minister Lich provided several identification cards of U.S. service members.
