Serve with tangy,distinctive Creole Dressing, made like this: Va tsp. savory* 1 tsp. minced capers* 1 clove garlic, well crushed 1 tbsp. finely cut parsley 1 tbsp. finely cut chives 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. prepared horseradish 2 tsps. lemon juice2 tsps. vinegar Mix well all ingredients hut parsley and chives,sprinkling these on top just before serving.
