Deputy Governor Mr. Wattana Kannaphan welcomes members of the Combined Joint Civil Military Operations Task Force of Exercise Cobra Gold 2014 during a visit to the Phitsanulok City Hall in the Mueang District, Phitsanulok province, Kingdom of Thailand, Jan. 26. The visit allowed Kannaphan and his team of directors, seated to his right, the opportunity to learn about the exercise's involvement in Thailand and to answer any questions they have.
