Desta Beriso Morkama, native of Arlington, Va., and winner of the 42nd Marine Corps Marathon, crosses the finish line after traveling on a monumental course through Washington, D.C. and finishing at the Marine Corps War Memorial, Arlington, Va., Oct. 22, 2017.
