Division West soldiers participate in Army-wide stand-down

Mysty Rice speaks to soldiers of Division West's Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment about her sister, Amber, who was killed by a drunk driver, during a suicide and safety stand-down at Fort Hood, Texas, Sept. 27.
