Doctor Ahmed Attieg, the U.S. Agency for International Development health and education adviser in Kandahar, presents Abdul Tawab Balakarzai, the vice chancellor for academic affairs at Kandahar University, a certificate of appreciation for his hard work over the last couple of years during a meeting at KU, Oct. 22, 2013.
