DoD employees observe 9-11 in Germany

Army Sgt. 1st Class Derrick Chambers, a personnel noncommissioned officer assigned to the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies here, sings the U.S. national anthem during a remembrance ceremony for the events of Sept. 11, 2001 today at the Bavarian Military Community Garmisch chapel. About 50 people attended the event which included a speech by retired Army Lt. Gen. Keith W. Dayton, Marshall Center director, and other events to mark the occasion.
