Dr. Sarah Kindschuh, a scientific recovery expert assigned to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), supervises excavation operations in Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam, Nov. 22, 2019. DPAA was in the region conducting excavation operations in search of an aircraft that crashed there during the Vietnam War.
