Maj. Seth Musgrove, seen here as Captain training to deploy to Iraq in 2010, recently returned to the 3rd Battalion, 116th Cavalry Regiment, Oregon Army National Guard. Musgrove's father also served in the 3rd Battalion. Musgrove will step into the executive officer slot of the battalion.
