Edith Wagner, an Army and Air Force Exchange Service sales associate at the Military Clothing Sales Store, adjusts answers questions about the new Improved Physical Fitness Uniform (IPFU) for Staff Sgt. Glen Gillson in August 2000 at Fort McCoy, Wis. The IPFU was being issued to initial-entry active-duty personnel and went on sale Aug. 15, 2000, Armywide to all active-duty personnel.
