EFMP paint and pottery event

Tamika Smith, a military spouse, creates crafts with her 12-year-old daughter, Tiana, during a paint and pottery event sponsored by the Exceptional Family Member Program at the Peach Palette pottery and arts studio in Perry, Ga., on July 14. An exceptional family member is someone who has been diagnosed with a physical, intellectual or emotional condition which requires ongoing care.
