Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician Spc. Andrew Isbell from the 702nd Explosive Ordnance Company prepares blasting caps to ignite a bomb-disposal tool that he configured from C-4 plastic explosives. The 702nd EOD, under the 16th Sustainment Brigade, 18th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, CSSB regularly trains and qualifies it's EOD techs to safely deal with explosives on worldwide operations.
