Farah Provincial Security Officer Lt. Col. Hajji Dil Jan, center left, talks with Farah leaders and Jim Otwell, center right, a field program officer with the U.S. Agency for International Development with the Farah Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT), at a meeting May 22, 2013, in Farah, Afghanistan. Members of the Farah PRT met with the provincial governor and other leaders in Farah to discuss development and security issues in the province. Farah PRT's mission was to train, advise and assist Afghan government leaders at the municipal, district and provincial levels in Farah province.
