Slightly elevated small lot with lawn; large shade trees stand in rear yard.
• Alterations: There is a front gable roof addition with brick on lower wall; synthetic siding was added; window material was altered.
History/Significance: Property records show that Michael T. Decker owned the home in 1932 and Maurice L. Draper owned it in 1952. Andrew G. Buttgen owned the property in 1972 and in 1980.
Note: Nowhere in the original 2011 nomination form does the name “Nerman” appear in association with this house.
