Firefighter Capt. Blair Rowley, from the Hoopa Indian Reservation Fire Department, Calif., sprays water on a burning tree to prevent a fire from spreading at Camp Bullis, Texas, Sept. 9, 2011. Several wildfires occurred throughout Texas in September due to drought conditions.
