Summary
BRUNSWICK, Ga. (May 22, 2004)--Coast Guard crewmembers from Station Brunswick measure a shrimp net May 22, 2004 to insure that the nets Turtle Exclusion Device are of the proper length. Operation Shellback was enabled due in part to the more that 77 Dead Sea turtles that washed up on the shores of lower South Carolina, Georgia, and north Florida. USCG photo by PA3 Robert Nash.
