Flowers are presented to the mother of U.S Marine Corps

Flowers are presented to the mother of U.S Marine Corps Sgt. Rafael Peralta during the dedication ceremony of the Warrior Hope and Care Center (WHCC) aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., July 23, 2015. The WHCC was named in honor of U.S Marine Corps Sgt. Peralta who was mortally wounded on November 15, 2004, in Operation Al-Fajar.
