FORT CARSON, Colorado – Lt. Col. Chad Foster, commander, 4th Squadron, 10th Cavalry Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, gives a unit coin to George Payton Jr., 79, former command sergeant major of the squadron, during a dedication ceremony for the Buffalo Soldier Community Memorial at Stargazers Theatre in Colorado Springs, Colorado, July 28, 2016.
