Fort Hunter Liggett eradicated a record $16.5 million worth of marijuana on July 30, 2015. U.S. Forest Service agents located the grows and coordinated with FHL for its removal. Officials say 5,523 plants were confiscated and the estimated street value for each plant is $3,000. FHL Lt. Robert Look Jr. is giving the post commander, Col. Jan Norris, and post Command Sgt. Maj. Tracy Barlogio a brief on the eradication operations.
