FORWARD OPERATING BASE MARJAH, Helmand province, Afghanistan - Afghan Local Police (ALP) graduates march on stage to receive their certificates and patches during a graduation ceremony. After three weeks of training with the U.S. Marine Corps Police Mentor Team, 3rd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, the Interim Security Critical Infrastructure members graduated to the newly constructed ALP.
