Summary
Four U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptors fly over the Harbor during the 78th Pearl Harbor Remembrance ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Dec. 7, 2019. As the third F-22 Raptor pulls up and away from the formation, this is known as the Missing Man, and signifies an aerial salute performed as part of a memorial event in memory of all the lives that were taken during that Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.
