French army 2nd Lt. Fabrice Guy, center, a student at the Saint-Cyr Combined Arms School in Guer, France, planned and conducted patient decontamination training for Soldiers assigned to the 21st Theater Sustainment Command’s 557th Medical Company, 421st Multi-functional Medical Battalion, 30th Medical Brigade Jan. 29 on Smith Barracks.
