The three U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers operate the mayor cell at Torun Base Camp, meaning they oversee the basic life support needs for Soldiers staying on the base. The camp was unofficially named Camp Saint Barbara because it has held rotational units of artillery Soldiers, and Saint Barbara is the patron saint of artillery.
