FUTENMA AIR STATION, Okinawa, Japan (April 1, 2020) U.S. Marine Corps Brig. Gen. Keith D. Reventlow, the 3rd Marine Logistics Group commanding general, speaks with Marines and Sailors assigned to 3rd Medical Battalion, 3rd MLG. The Marines and Sailors were preparing to depart in order to provide aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) with COVID-19 support. As the nation’s force-in-readiness, the Marine Corps has a variety of capabilities which, upon request, may be used to support the whole-of-government effort in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
