Galena, Alaska, May 21, 2014 -- FEMA Emergency Managers coordinate volunteer labor which are moving materials to rebuilding sites after severe flooding destroyed the previous homes in 2013. FEMA and the State of Alaska are working closely with the City of Galena to repair and elevate the homes above the base level flood elevations to mitigate future losses. Adam DuBrowa/ FEMA
