Garrison Commander Col. Hui Chae Kim salutes the color guard as the new commander at the end of a Fort McCoy Garrison change-of-command ceremony May 19, 2018, at Rumpel Fitness Center at the installation. Kim took command of the garrison from Col. David J. Pinter Sr. Installation Management Command-Readiness Director Brenda Lee McCullough presided over the ceremony.
