Gen. CQ Brown, Jr., Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) commander, presents Lt. Gen. Rozzano Dosado Briguez, Philippine air force commanding general, the Legion of Merit during the 2019 Pacific Air Chiefs Symposium at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Dec. 6, 2019. Approximately 18 air chiefs from the Indo-Pacific region met for four days to build an understanding of various regional perspectives through bilateral engagements and multinational panels and meetings. The Legion of Merit is a military award of the U.S. Armed Forces that is given for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements.
