Gen. Mark Welsh III, chief of staff of the Air Force, coins Staff Sgt. Quentin Toney, 379th Maintenance Group Maintenance Operations Flight, Dec. 11 at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Master Sgt. Rosalynn Howard, Toney’s supervisor, told Welsh how Toney manages the largest aircraft fleet in the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility and coordinates with 24 home station units to move over 300 hundred aircraft rotating in and out of AUAB.
