Gen. Raymond Johns, Air Mobility Command commander, and Brig. Gen. Timothy Green, AMC director of installations and mission support, and local civic leaders drill the final two holes into the "77 Acres" sign in base housing, Aug. 30, 2012, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. The "77 Acres" plan’s objective is to provide land to develop a new joint education campus for school-aged children and progress toward a joint vision of becoming an Educational Center of Excellence in the state of Arkansas.
