General Robert Neller, Marine Corps Commandant, conducts a video teleconference to join a retired general officer symposium at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Jan. 22, 2016. More than a dozen generals, whose service ranged from the 1980s to present day, gathered together to discuss current news and events that affect the Marine Corps. The group came up with ideas and suggestions for how to solve problems the Corps faces today, discussing threats from ISIS to natural disasters. While the Corps continues to downsize, the current operations remain the same. “The feedback you have for General Neller is priceless,” said Lt. Gen.
