Gina Caudill, A Raytheon Engine Technician contracted by the Air Force, performs an NDI (Non Destructive Inspection) on the titanium blades from the F110-GE-100 engine of the F-16 Viper. Gina is applying a flourescent coating that will show small cracks and flaws under a black light source. This took place at Avinao Air Base, Italy, on August 3rd 2000
