Great Wave off Kanagawa - reversed
Summary
A mirror-reversed version of Hokusai's "The Great Wave off Kanagawa", to illustrate the difference made by the direction in which one "reads" it.
It shows westerners how The Great Wave off Kanagawa appears to the Japanese.
Japanese viewers scan images from right to left, they tend to see the boats, not the Wave as the main subject of the print.
