Hand Splint (HOME 1860) - Homestead National Monument of America

Hand splint. Two sections 7 1/2" long are joined by a wing nut so that it may be used for either hand. A cloth strap with 2 rings for fastening it runs through a metal retainer soldered to the wire. This has been used and still has some fiber from the bandage adhering to it.
