Hayden H. Tracy, California engineer, has proved that life begins at two times forty when there's a war to be won. Retired for twenty years as head of his firm in San Francisco, Tracy has gone back to work at the Marine shipyard in Sausalito at the age of eighty. "I feel as good as new," he says.
