Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Kristen Forsgren, rubs the head of a 4-month-old Indonesian girl that came out of surgery to fix her cleft lip aboard the Military Sealift Command hospital ship USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) on June 2. USNS Mercy (T-AH 19) is participating in Pacific Partnership which is an annual U.S. Pacific Fleet humanitarian and civic assistance mission designed to work by, with and through host partner nations, non-governmental organizations and international agencies to build partnership and a collective ability to respond to natural disasters.
