I took this photo; however, the work depicted is from 1930, and thus holds no copyright in either the US or Taiwan. Also, as per Taiwanese law, "Except as otherwise provided in this Act, economic rights endure for the life of the author and fifty years after the author's death." The author died in 1930, the year of this work.
