TERRABONNE, La.- After Hurricane Gustav, the road leading to the Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Station in Dulac, La., is covered with water Sept. 3, 2008. Damage was widespread following the storm including flooding, loss of electricity and structural damage to countless homes and businesses in Louisiana.
