(Sept. 18, 2003)-Members station at Marine Safety Detachment Peoria, Ill. and working as the Disaster Assistance Response Team during Hurricane Isabel clamp the 25-hp outboard engine to the stern of the 16 foot aluminum flood punt boat used during the emergency response efforts during Hurricane Isabel Sept. 18, 2003. The DART traveled from St. Louis, Mo., to Elizabeth City, N.C. by two Coast Guard C-130's from Air Station Clearwater, Fla.
