Hurricane/Tropical Storm - Cameron, La. , March 18, 2008 -- The rebuilt South Cameron Memorial Hospital. The building suffered tremendous damage from Hurricane Rita. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has obligated more than $24 million to return this vital health care facility back to the community.
