Hurricane/Tropical Storm - Diamondhead, Miss. , Oct. 30, 2008 -- The Mississippi Gulf Coast chapter of the American Red Cross recently presented FEMA Voluntary Agency Liaison (VAL) representative Kelly Lees with a certificate of appreciation for the work the VAL's have done to help Hancock County Hurricane Katrina victims.
